jessielackey34 Hey! I didn’t realized that the app didn’t update my return address when I changed my shipping address (dumb that it’s different). The shorts were sent to FL and I’m in MD! I checked the tracking status and they were returned to sender. I’m so sorry for the mess on this! My address is updated now though

crew4ever @jessielackey34 The shorts were returned as soon as I receive the label. I’m not sure I follow what you’re saying because I did return them with the label that was sent to me. Perhaps you can contact Poshmark with this issue but I should not be charged for the shorts.

jessielackey34 @bsimonian hey, yes the tracking on the Poshmark app says forwarding expired because I had my mail forwarded when I moved. I checked the Usps website though and it says it returned to sender. In the app settings there are two boxes for a sellers address. A shipping address and a return address. (Not sure why they have it separated). I didn’t realize and you returned them to my old address

jessielackey34 I’ve already contacted Poshmark support and they told me to contact the post office....if you don’t get them back and Poshmark can’t help get them sent properly, I’ll send you the money back, or contact them to release it

crew4ever @cabigal They will mail out to Poshmark tomorrow via 2-day priority. Once they receive them, they will authentic and then send them to you. I hope you enjoy them!

crew4ever @cabigal you follow the payment instructions.. I believe the system prompts you for payment but it’s held until they complete the authentication.
