ira82 The shaper runs very small please read before you purchase and give a bad rating on my account. Next time take your time and see that the item runs small or ask me a question and I will show you how to put it on. You have to put it on from the bottom. From your feet step into it and then move it up from side to side and the tag is there and it says XL. It has a ton of stretch you just need to know how to put it on.
