fivehirts @dldigrazia42 Well my first time with this happening so I had to find out what to do. On your end go into the app where you are suppose to accept the order but don’t accept, state that it is the wrong item. That way they won’t charge you for the boots. They will issue a return label for the box you got. Keep me informed after you have done that so I can expect the box or if there are any problems.

fivehirts @dldigrazia42 Was just checking to see if you have gotten a reply from Posh yet? I haven’t. Go into your purchases and disputed the order if you haven’t done that. There should be a place to say wrong item and they should then generate a return label. I know there is a time limit to do that. So let’s try that and see if you get a reply. Thanks, just let me know if that works.

fivehirts @dldigrazia42 Hi! Meant to check with you. My tracking said expected delivery was suppose to be the 22nd. I just went on to check and it said it will arrive later than expected. On the 22nd it was in Seattle WA and the 23rd it was in transit to the next location. So it’s getting close! Will check it again on Monday.

fivehirts @dldigrazia42 Oh my! This has been the worse experience! My tracking now said attempted delivery at 5 pm Monday, but no access to delivery location. I am just crazy. Will have to see if they try again or I get an email back.

I was so surprised it made me laugh because I grew up in Osteen! I lived there from 1st grade until I got married and still consider it home. I think my family even went to church with some of your family at Osteen Baptist. Such a small world! Anyway, I just wanted to say Hi and thanks for the shirt!

Osteen is fast growing these days and changing quickly. Thank you for your purchase also. I sent you a few notes communicating mailing, etc. Hope you received those.
