alp_ine @laracv I'm so sorry you're very disappointed in your dress. While I do wish you gave me a chance to make it right before leaving a negative rating, I'd still like to try to sort this out. Can you please give me some more information?

alp_ine @laracv That's so strange, why are they unable to open a case? It's against the terms/rules of poshmark to conduct any off-poshmark transactions, so I'm unable to accept a return on my own. I would reach out to them again, and I will as well. Sorry for all the hassle.
