I am horrified that they are not concerned your item has not even scanned and I dropped it off, directly giving it to a clerk , this past Tuesday. I just can’t tell you how sorry I am that it’s not tracking. I feel really bad and I’m not sure what to do????

vtownval Hi I have tried 12 times to ask the post office why this package was not scanned. I am the USPS filing a claim and complaint. I just don’t get it. I’m so upset it’s not even funny and feel terrible.
