v_maxx2016 @brentanderin the box was just all smashed. And the bottom are dirty but the top of the shoe is in great condition. I was just so pissed. I’ve been scammed so many times, you wouldn’t believe it. How do the Dior’s look? I mailed the Chanel shoes back to her today.

brentanderin @vszostak0424 They are really cute, but like you I was shocked. Anytime I bought something from Poshmark it was wrapped up nice and had a little thank you card. I live in Fort Myers so I told Poshmark if they wanted to just send me a shipping label to you I would send them to you .. they have not responded yet. I saw what you said about the Chanel’s and I was mortified.. i feel a little better now. Thank you 😊

v_maxx2016 @brentanderin I was shocked the box was almost demolished to be quite honest and the shoes were in a corner of the box. Maybe it was the mail I don’t know but truthfully it looked like a box I put in the trash. I took another look at the Chanel’s tonight.... the fabric and the CC are actually in perfect condition.

brentanderin @vszostak0424 Authentic?.., no clue But they are I. Good shape. Inside ford day Christian Dior and the straps say J’adior... mesh is perfect ... bottoms look almost brand new .. I think I may just keep these.... JK... LOL I still have not hear back from Poshmark.. maybe if you ask them if I can send them to you I will do it today

I only just started on Poshmark selling recently so is there a way I can make a return label myself? I’ve asked both the seller and Poshmark for one and I only hear from you 😂😂😂 I think they need to hire us for their Customer Service Department 👯‍♀️

I’m only worried that once she posts them back up I won’t have them but I’ve also filed a claim and it said once she received the Chanel shoes back I would get a refund. So it will be the same with you. She won’t have a choice but to either refund you and then re-list is what I’m assuming. It’s sucks. I was looking forward to getting the shoes.
