Hi
I am new to Poshmark and 3 times I got a fake buyer asking me to send them pictures to their regular email
I told them
I only respond on Poshmark. All three sent me the same exact message
How do I report this ?
I am asking you for you posted about seller scams but nothing about buyers
Thanks

@karenrynston Hello! I have a post warning users about email/scam comments and how to report them, but it doesn't have a vibrant cover pic so it's easy to miss.
Select the little flag next to "Reply" on the offending comment, and then select Transaction Off Poshmark. That should remove the comment as well as alert Poshmark to the suspicious account.

Hi, I have an extra large Dooney and Bourke tote bag that I would love to restore. The taupe all weather leather is in great condition. The tan leather straps need replacing. I donโt know where to find replacements and I contacted D&B and they said they were not able to help me. Please see the item I am referring to in my closet. Thank you in advance for your time and any assistance you may provide.

@gardengirlnp Hi! I have two suggestions, so prepare for a wall of text. Suggestion 1: Replace them with straps from a different bag. Obviously getting a leather bag for cheap that you don't mind deconstructing is best. You could also use a leather crossbody strap and cut it down to size. I've done that with a few rescue bags and it's worked out well. Suggestion 2: I'm on my phone so I might be missing some details, but the straps look like they need cosmetic work only. Gonna make another reply.

@gardengirlnp If it's cosmetic work they're in need of the most, mixing leather filler with matching paint and using a small, flat brush (can be for paint or makeup, I've used both) can provide satisfactory results. If nothing else, it will make them look crisp again and provide some longevity and protection to the damaged areas.
