thekeeldeal @lookieloowho are you trying to make a collage? You’ll need to download an app that lets you do that. I use layout, but there are a lot of free apps :)

thekeeldeal @lookieloowho no worries :) You'll have to look in the bundle to see if you had a shipping discount associated with your offer. It will specify exactly how much of a discount you offered!

lookieloowho @thekeeldeal Thank you! It seems my discounted shipping offer wasn’t sent which is weird bc I offered it to the buyer. Maybe when they counter-offered is was cancelled out??? Now they store asking for it. Would you cancel the order and just start over with new offer? I don’t think I can adjust shipping once it’s marked as sold.

thekeeldeal @lookieloowho Yes, when they counter offer, the shipping discount is not included. It's completely up to you -- if you still want to offer the shipping discount then I think you can cancel and send a new offer, or ask them to cancel so you can send them the new offer.
