cinderells I am so extremely sorry about the forks. I had someone else helping me and was going to put the set in a different shipping box. started to, and stopped, but forgot to get the few that were in box. I will ship out in morning , priority shipping. . I have responded to POSHMARK and told them I was shipping it out. I will send you the tracking number on here. deepest apologies again.

tinakav Hi there, I recently purchased a coat from you that was listed as NWT. I haven’t even worn it yet, but now see that there is a large black stain on the back shoulder of the coat. I’m very disappointed this wasn’t disclosed, and that I was so quick to accept the purchase.

aylafontaine @tinakav hi, there was no stain on this coat when it was shipped to you. You can see in the pictures there was no stain on the back of the coat and the items are immediately stored away after pictures are taken. Furthermore, the items are inspected again before being shipped.

aylafontaine @lizjones625 Poshmark doesn’t allow returns for fit but there is a “re-posh” button your can press on your order to sell on posh. It uses the photos from my original listing.

mariabasualdo Hello, i just got the shoes i bought from you. They run a bit small. Not your fault. I am usually a 7 1/5 but these are too small. I noticed that you have also size 8 available. aylafontaine @mariabasualdo Poshmark doesn’t allow returns or exchanges (it’s the reason why many of us decide to sell on Poshmark). They do however have a feature called “reposh” where you can relist the item using my photos and description in order to sell it to someone else. You can see the bottom when you look at your purchases. I recommend doing this and raising the price a little bit to account for the fees.
