@kimms_236 Hello. I appreciate your rating and your feedback. There was an option to report an issue and get your money back if not happy. If you're not happy then I'd rather give you your money back and receive the dress back in the same condition it was sent in. If you reach out to Poshmark they will assist you if that's what you want. I'm not sure if you're able to still do this since you submitted a rating already. I'm fine with what you decide. Thanks.

@kimms_236 Hello. I appreciate your updated rating. Thank you so much. I learn new stuff on Poshmark all of the time and found out how to get credited for a few items that I wasn't happy with. You can reposh the dress to get money back. Since the order was accepted without issues I can't return a refund on my side. They only give that option with a problem/dispute. I'm sure you won't have any issues getting rid of the dress. I wish you all the best going forward Thanks.
