jeeknee @harris511 2 boxes were picked up with the first 2 sherpa requested. I was giving it a day in between and also had a hard time finding the 4th box. Will confirm once next group shipped. Thanks!

jeeknee I hope you’ve received or will be receiving the first 2 sherpas & the next one I shipped was the day after; I’m not sure why it took so long for USPS to scan. However, I do have some unfortunate news. The 2nd mint Sherpa was damaged in my move. I didn’t realize it until I was about to pack it and noticed a gash in the plastic and it actually damaged the sherpa. I deeply apologize, I feel terrible.

jeeknee @harris511 it’s not salvageable. I think while unboxing, they took a blade & it sliced right thru the Mint side bc they were getting sloppy. It’s about an 8 inch cut slitting the fabric. I’ll go ahead & cancel. Please Keep me posted once the items arrive, (I have the receipts). Hopefully they’ll arrive today...I shipped on Tuesday morning.

I will trade this mint one that’s not damaged with my sis for another rainbow one I want she collects them and don’t have a mint unless you have a rainbow I will take it.. thank you

jeeknee @harris511 it’s really destroyed. I actually gave it to my dad to donate last night before I realized you’d even want something damaged. But truthfully, if I thought it was salvageable, I would’ve given you the option when I noticed. I really am sorry again.

jeeknee @harris511 I video recorded what I sent to you, while packaging- it’s in perfect condition. I’m curious & also don’t understand why you wont you rate the ones you did open? The mint socks were packed as a gift w/ the mint Sherpa. So you received both the striped & mint sherpas & opened them. And yes, I had 4 tracking labels, but since the products all went to your address, I didn’t look at the numbers to match the sherpa I shipped.

harris511 @jeeknee I’m not happy with the treatment and will request to return them all.. this is totally wrong you had my money on hold for days and didn’t ship out my item because you decided to sell it to someone else.. it’s the worst ever and I prefer to return them along with the socks you can sell to someone else. A nice thing doesn’t make up for a bad thing and the truth is always the easiest for everyone.Thank you

I simply requested feedback. That would indicate which Sherpa you have so I can cancel the other for your refund.

jeeknee @harris511 good day. Confirming only the ones you received does not release all funds. It releases the funds for the ones you got. Since there were 2 mint colored ones, I just wanted to make sure I don’t cancel the one the you received. If you can kindly do that, I’ll know which one to cancel so you get refunded immediately.
