Hi, I just sold coach poppy tote bag to you! Thank you for your offer!!! I have sad news to tell you; I was cleaning your bag using leather cleaner to ship tomorrow, and there was scratch that I didn’t notice. Once I applied leather cleaner, the scratch pop up and I can no longer say this bag has no visible damage. It does not value what you paid for. So I would like to cancel the transaction if it is ok.
