brandonparadeau Hi, sorry Ive struggled getting you a message. I ordered vintage headphones from you a while back that never came. I reached out to Posh for help, without even asking they cancelled my order & refunded me. I never asked them to do that. I just wanted the headphones. They're still missing with no updates from USPS besides "lost". They said you sent them via ground to Maui. Unfortunately that usually means they disapear in the SF warehouse. I was really looking forward to getting them.. = (

brandonparadeau @mmanotherm Ok good, I told the service rep after he just cancelled the order that I felt terrible. I was just inquiring to see if they had any information that I didnt becasue it had been weeks. They just replied with the order has been canceled & I was like don't punish the seller for USPS's error! But they told me that you would still get payment. I hope that is true

USPS denied my claim and says package enroute. rep said it's not noted as lost like Posh stated. it seems like no one ever has exact facts anymore... 🤷 I guess you'll get lucky if they arrive in beautiful Hawaii. mahola 😁 take care and thank you!
