sociable Hello. My counter is the lowest I can go on that item. It's lower than I should of even gone. In all honesty, if you must have a plisse skirt like this altered, it will ruin the integrity of the bottom as it's asymmetrical and meant to look a certain way. I apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you so much! Alternately my sister is 5'1' and it falls perfectly to her ankles in her 4 inch heels. Thanks again! Have a great evening.

I folded it, wrapped it in tissue paper and hoped it would not crease anywhere as the box wasn't very big. I'm certain you can steam it out as you said. I understand all about working out as I'm very athletic and do it daily. When I miss one, it's upsetting. You look amazing! You don't need to lose anything.
