angieyeargan Good Morning, I noticed a few days ago you changed the rating again. I’m not sure what happened to upset you, and I asked if there was something I could do. The wallet was a New Boutique Item and I shipped ASAP. So far everyone has given 5 stars on all of the Ossential Items and I am so sorry you don’t like yours. I am always happy to correct any issue but can’t if I don’t know what the problem is. Can you please explain?
