mel5043 Purchase made on 1/27 at 11:50pm. As I had communicated to you, we had a blizzard in CT & the post office was closed for 1 day & inaccessible for another. Next day was Sunday (closed). Package mailed on Monday, 1/31 which I also communicated to you. Started tracking on 2/2 (which is the postal service’s issue) & shipping was 3-day priority. Tracking shows arrival on 2/5. I was well within my shipping time of 3-5 days. Open to suggestions for improvement?
