sblackburn398 @bethmiller05 The stars jacket is 40 regular. So yes I'm assuming it will fit a 40 chest? I have no idea if it would button on a 40 chest. It depends on the body type as well. I will add the the size chart for this particular brand of suit jacket. Other than that you may want to go to the Oppo Suits Website to get further information and comparison.
