I assure that I had never used this item. I had ordered a FitFabFun box and my friend ordered me one as a gift so I had two. I simply took it out of the box and sent it directly to you.

It is highly concerning that it appeared used. I wish you had let me know prior to accepting the purchase so I could have had the item returned along with a refund. This would have allowed me to reach out to FitFabFun to further investigate this.
