sparklepusss @kfaye2018 Hi, thanks for reaching out. Yeah so, I've never gone through this process before and I have to say it's super frustrating bc customer support never answered my question. I really would like to keep the other two items in the order so I don't understand why they don't offer partial refunds.

sparklepusss @kfaye2018 I'm not totally familiar with Poshmark's methodology but it seems asinine for me to send all 3 back just to repurchase 2 of them. I sent them another message (two, actually) and have been waiting to hear back. Do you propose I do something else? Both of the other items I bought from you appear to be sold out.

kfaye2018 @sparklepusss they don’t offer any other options. You can keep the order or you can return the order. That’s all. Sometimes they may offer a discount credit. Not sure why they don’t do partial refunds. They will send you a return label to ship it back, unless you choose to keep everything.

sparklepusss @kfaye2018 Ugh OK. Well I know it sounds silly, but would you be willing to resell the other 2 items to me? I'll ship it all back if necessary and put in another order for the other two and you can ship those back to me? Haha it sounds ridiculous but if that's the way it's gotta go then that's the way it's gotta go.
