@ecologicld you are aware that Poshmark would give you a return label if you hated the bag ? instead you had to write such a harsh review that everyone will see? I did write that the bag had stains inside . I never said the bag was immaculate. I would have been more then happy if you simply said you wanted to return the item .

@luisanyc826 I was not aware that I could return the item, but was told all sales are final after 72 hours and because the broken hardware was visible in one of the photos. I apologize if the comments were harsh, but I was not happy at all with the bag. I hope you can consider this as constructive criticism, as it has been another learning experience for me to pay closer attention to the photos. I will edit the review as a gesture of good will.
