costumehouse @misssheikh I know why nothing is happening. You have to follow Posh procedures. Open case against me which will officially. Let them know you. We’re sent the wrong item. They will send you a label to. Send the shoes back to you.They will also remember seeing you your money. If you still want the sweater, you. Will have to buy it again. I am so sorry for all this confusion.

misssheikh @costumehouse no problem. I do understand and i did all of that. Have been emailing back and forth with Poshmark every day about getting a label to send the shoes. Oy vey! Not easy. I didn’t really care about the jacket, just getting the shoes to the right owner. I know you are a great seller and seems this should be easier especially since it’s not about the money for me. More about doing the right thing in an honest community

The person in support I have been emailing has not responded in a couple of days. I will send out to you tomorrow at the west lake address

misssheikh @costumehouse okay but to let you know, i first had contact on Tuesday, 3 emails Wednesday, 2 Thursday which they instructed me to open a complaint which i explained I cannot do because that option as it is over 72 hours. My two emails from Saturday are unanswered. I can hold off mailing to you but, not sure they will advise any time soon. I don’t really care about the money just want this off both our plates. Too much other stuff going on.
