designerdiva0 @design12 Hi I sent 2 support requests to Poshmark support and I have not gotten a response as of yet. You can put in a request for a refund and I will request to still be paid because I don’t have the shoes and I cannot get my shoes back. It seems the shoes made it to Cincinnati and after that, no idea.

design12 @designerdiva0 Cincinnati USPS is staring they never received it, there is no scan of the item being received after it was sent. I have contacted Poshmark without any response twice. So your saying you have not been paid either? Did you send it with insurance? What was the shape of the package? Was it in a shoe box or no?

designerdiva0 @design12 Well according to the Poshmark tracking the shoes made it to Cincinnati on the 4th of July. After that there was no update and I did see you opened a case.

designerdiva0 @design12 There was a shoe box and dust bag and the shoes were shipped with a box just to fix the shoes.

design12 @designerdiva0 Thanks. The US Postal Service is looking for it but they told me, that yes online it shows it made it to there facility but they have no scan of it being received. So you did not have insurance on the package and you have received payment on the shoes from Poshmark?

design12 @designerdiva0 Poshmark sent me an email today stating they are going to contact someone at the post office and that it could take two weeks. Let’s hope they find the shoes and you get paid. Thank you for your responses.

I hope you get the shoes, but if not a refund and I will get paid as well after the investigation is completed. It was a pleasure communicating with you and let’s see what happens in the next 2 weeks.
