Hi Paulette, I do not have the ability to refund your money. Although I agree with you, they should not have taken the money out of your account. As far as I know Posh is the “middle man” between us. I will be happy to send your note to Posh Mark Support. You should too. Honestly I would give you the money back if I could. Also. I did everything right (it’s the post office who lost it) and if possible could you change my rating. Thank you.

It was just way too many problems all the way around this go. Something went wrong with package size i think they said.
