treasurescorner @bella_leigh Happy new year to you too. About the package, I just believe this leather bag needed to be shipped in a cardboard box and not placed snuggly in a poly bag. When I first laid my eyes on the package I got all worried it didn't make it safely, then it was challenging trying to free it up from the poly bag by scissors. I know, it was safer to pull it apart by hands but mine are too weak to do so.
