kristacali13 Hi!! So I purchased the Green Adidas slides from you last Sunday. There has been an issue with the shipping. I got a notification on Monday that they had been delivered. But of course I didn’t receive them, being I ordered them the day before. 😔 Just curious if you got any notifications that seemed off? I contacted Poshmark but haven’t heard back yet. Sorry to bother you. Any info would be helpful, thank you.

mlsource @kristacali13 Hello, your order was shipped on Monday, but there was an issue with my Monday's USPS pickup scans - the pickup driver did a "delivery scan" instead of the "pickup scan". Thus, your order wrongfully shows being delivered in Monday. However, I have already had all of my shipments from Monday getting delivered as scheduled. I would advise to wait longer to see if your order arrives during the week. If not, please contact Poshmark once again to see what they advise.

mlsource @lexijewelry Hello, unfortunately Poshmark does not offer a return process for cases when the wrong size is ordered on the shoes do not fit and there is no option to initiate the process on my end. I would still advise to contact them directly to see if they can help to initiate the exchange process.
