b_kope @ali4rudy it has only been opened for me to take photos. I originally couldn’t order the bag online and so I called and ordered over the phone. I didn’t get an order confirmation right away so a couple days later Coach sent me an email that it was available so I hurried and purchased online. Of course then I got two shipping confirmations😕 The bag is perfect. Has the tags still attached and dust bag. It is extremely cute. I love mine. But with the way I use bags I’ll never need two.
