ncatlove No it is not just a thing I do however the Box was smashed I believe causing a small stuff on the side I was able to remove it with a magic eraser I'm not attributing that necessarily to you it didn't fit as great as others I didn't want to be a picky person putting bad feedback Other sites that I have ordered from they stated something was new in the Box they sent the Box in a Box to protect it no damage occurred they received 5 star ratings hope this answers your questions

hustleandteach @quackduckduddle - she just left me a 3 because the shoes were “a little different than expected but ok.” Th were 15 pictures, NWT, and she accepted them right away, but rated them 8 hours later. 🙄 I’m sorry this happened to you as well.
