Hi! For some reason Posh won’t let me respond to your comment :/ Dress is 100% cotton, and the part where size is most important is just under the bust, which is ~13 inches laid flat. I’m a true 2 and it fits with a tiny bit of space, but the bust is adjustable with the tie!
