lionsheadmgmt @colinda_colf good morning, I’m sorry that you’re having difficulty. In my opinion I think you need to taper back with some of the products. Lifestyle mixes have a lot of pro and prebiotic and biotic is full of them as well. I’d suggest, do your 3 steps but only a half of a lifestyle mix, cut balance and biotic down to 1 a night until your stomach settles with the product.

lionsheadmgmt @colinda_colf I’ve not used restore but I’d cut that down to every other day. I feel your system needs to adjust and detox with the products at a slower pace based on your body’s reaction. Do you have a promoter? They could set you up in a chat to help you out. I’m my opinion if you saw some good results with energy and and overall better feeling you should adjust and continue.

lionsheadmgmt @colinda_colf it took me about 3 months to find my best combo, and I’ve slowly introduced new products as they come out and some work for me others do not. Listen to your body. I currently take 3 steps with half a lifestyle mix, TAC DFT, sculpt in the morning, biotic and balance at night as well as 1/2 a circulate a day. I sometimes do a pure shot and switch up my DFTs but the above combo is what works best for my body.

lionsheadmgmt @colinda_colf ok, if you currently have 1.5 canisters of lifestyle mix, 11 capsules and 14 recharge you’re going to need more DFTs and capsules. You have 6 TAC DFTs that you bought from me this week. I would say stay with the TAC for the 6 days, restore DFT at night. And do 1/2 a scoop of mix a day.
