Hi @crafter574, Unfortunately, I don't think 9x7x16 will fit. The Vitamix blender exact dimensions are: Machine base with container: 8.5”L x 8.5”W x 17.25H. The Instant Pot is 6 quart, exact dimensions are: 12.6"L x 12.2"W X 13" H.
