Hi! I'm from Austin, TX, and my favorite brands include J. Crew, Derek Lam, Acne, DSquared, Alexander McQueen, Boden, Brunello Cucinelli, kate spade, and Manolo Blahnik. I love boots and have way too many! And I am in the process of a major closet cleanout so I will be selling a lot of great items and adding new ones frequently. Hi! I have dropped most of the prices in my closet for the Black Friday sale. I didn’t want to drop the price of the Chloe boots without giving you a heads up first. I am going to drop the price to $120. But if you are still interested in them, I would accept $115. You can either counter with that number or I can drop the listing price to $115 ( for you) so you can get the reduced shipping too. I’m very familiar with the ins and outs of Ebay but not POSHMARK. But I think it’s just a lower shipping rate ($4.99) within an hour of me dropping the price at least 10%. I don’t think it’s free. Sorry. Let me know if the $115 with the lower shipping is a go. 😊

Authentic and in great condition. I really take extra time in taking pictures that I think show the condition of my boots. So please do look them over one more time and make sure you really like what you see. This is a great price for these boots. They’re beautiful! 😌

Hi! I just wanted to check in with you. I got notice that your package couldn’t be delivered today because there was some issue with the address. Is this true? I’m new at this with POSHMARK but I did print out the label they sent& mailed it next day. I really thought with two day priority you would have it by Wednesday or Thursday. Even with the holiday. 😩Thanks!

@kitcat513 hi, yes I’m not sure what’s going on. We recently moved but still own our old house. I went there to check for the package but it hasn’t been delivered there. I don’t know if they are going to forward it to my new address or return it to you or what. Super frustrating for both of us! I actually purchased them for an event that has since occurred. Please let me know if you get any other info or they get returned to you. I’ll do the same.

If they end up getting sent back to you, I guess I will return them, but if they make their way here soon, I should keep them since it’s not your fault. Let’s see where/when they turn up! I’m just so bummed about this too. Touch base with me tomorrow and let me know if you hear anything or receive them. I will let you know if anything happens on this end as well. But seriously, I hate that you missed the opportunity to wear them to the event you had hoped to have them for. If you get them and you’re not happy with them, we will figure out a way to get them returned through POSHMARK. ☺️

@kitcat513 I found out, after much time on hold with USPS, that the package fell through the cracks and has just been sitting at the post office here. Not only that but they will charge me to redeliver it! Grrrr. I will pick it up today or tomorrow if I can’t get there in time to do it today.

Well that is just some kind of pure crazy. I heard on the news yesterday that after cyber Monday USPS and UPS were in total chaos with the unexpected volume of sales. 🙄 I was sincere when I offered the option to return them back to me. If you do, I will reach out to POSHMARK to see what the next steps are.. So sorry this is been such a cluster for you. Keep me posted.

@kitcat513 I just filled a report with Poshmark too. I told them you shipped right away and have been great but P.O. lost the package and I cannot spend any more time trying to track it down since they keep giving me bad information! The P.O. here told me to call when I got home this morning to give tracking number so I called the number they gave me and was routed to operator and then got message saying no voicemail available and call was disconnected! I give up!

I called the local post office again because I was so curious to know what happened and I was finally able to get through today and was told it’s there. I tried again to pick it up

And after much time in line I was finally able to find someone who was able to locate it in a place it normally wouldn’t be left. So I got them!!!!! They aren’t on their way back to you, I’m not sure what to do now though. Your wrapping is so cute and I loved your note and the boots are gorgeous but after all this, it seems like posh should still pay you and not charge me. But I don’t know. What do you think?

Thanks for the latest& greatest update! ☺️You have definitely been put through the ringer with this purchase, just your gas and time alone is scream worthy. I’m new to Poshmark &totally unfamiliar with the policies &procedures related to lost packages. I welcome any guidance you have to offer. This definitely warrants service recovery. You really shouldn’t have to pay for the boots after all this. Is there another way to communicate to POSHMARK other than the one email option.

Yes, I just double checked to make sure nothing had changed in the last 24 hours and it appears I got paid and it is still there.😊 The last email they sent ( yesterday)stated the package had been found and was on its way back to me. But no correspondence from them since you picked up the boots. 😊 Keep me posted, I would be happy to contribute in any way you think would be effective. Hope it’s warmer in Texas tthen it is here in North Carolina this morning! ☃️
