@angemallonga yes you are able to offer a discounted or free shipping you can offer in two different ways...the first options is to select the button marked price drop this is located on the item screen to the right you will also need to drop the price 10% but can offer discounted or free shipping.

The second option without having to lower the price would be to select the button that looks like 2 hangers select the sell option and filter to only see bundles or likes and you can offer free shipping on all items liked or bundles made
