fionax1 @linseg hi! I just purchased it a few hours ago so really can’t comment on the experience just yet. To be very honest I do not think she will ship the bag. This has happened to me countless times before on Poshmark while dealing with “new closets.” I suggest you do not purchase from her OFF PM. Only buy on here and you’re protected. Hope that helps. fionax1 @rkress1 Hi. I completely understand and I’m sorry for having to return it. It’s a beautiful bag but repair costs would have been too high. The tracking number is 9410810899359587599597. As you can see it’s already been shipped back and delivered to posh concierge. It goes to them first to ensure that it’s in the same condition as what you had sent. Great for buyer and seller protection.

fionax1 @amandarfl hi. Ive reached out to them and they have not yet confirmed if its at the post office for pick up or undelivered and accidentally taken back to the truck. They told me they have to check first. I have asked my building manager and he did not sign for it because all the packages over $500 from posh are signature delivery. I have also contacted poshmark and been told that i should hear back within a week after they contact usps. I will post their response and tag you.

fionax1 Hi Amanda. I just got back from the post office. They looked in the back storage and in the mail room for the package but couldn’t locate it. The postman suggested it’s possible that the parcel was sent back to sender as undeliverable. I think the sender in this case is Poshmark headquarters not you correct? Moreover..If this is the case, I don’t see it updated in the tracking status as delivered back to sender.

fionax1 @amandarfl I understand that. I brought my tracking number with me. It has happened in the past and I was able to pick up the parcel. However, what I’m explaining is that when I went to the post office and provided the tracking number the individuals working at the post office could not find the package.

amandarfl @fionax1 I've had this happen to. if you ask to speak to the post master they will find that package or provide you return to sender confirmation. the post masters DO NOT want misplaced packages when it shows that particular PO did recieve it

fionax1 @amandarfl moreover, I went to both post offices in my area. Even the one slightly further away from my location. As I mentioned above they checked the mail room after I gave them the tracking number and they came back and informed me the package is not there. At this point, I was told it is possible that the package was sent back to sender which in this case is Poshmark.

fionax1 @amandarfl that’s what I said in my first comment. I think I forgot to take u up there. That I’m worried that the tracking doesn’t say sent back to sender. The tracking just stopped. That is very strange and I did go to post office in person (initially I had called). I will also go again on Monday and ask for further information or a tracking back to sender as you suggested.
