@adg743 Hi A! I just wanted to reach out to apologize for the damaged item I had sent you. I promise I had no idea that there was a small hole in one of the items. I do appreciate the feedback because it has now made me more aware that I need to fully evaluate my items before I post them to Poshmark and before I send them out to buyers. Hi A, I couldn’t figure out another way of contacting you so I hope this is an okay medium. I wanted to reach out to you because as I was packing your item to be shipped out this morning, I noticed a small snag/tear on the back of the jeans about 2-2.5 inches below the rear right pocket. It appears noticeable only when fabric is stretched and could be a very quick and easy fix if you or someone you know is savvy with sewing.

Thank you for your purchase of the VS spray. With the condition I have recently received items I have ordered, I do not feel comfortable shipping this in a mailing envelope. I am so sorry you received your package damaged. I bubble wrapped and put extra padding in the box to prevent damage (that's why it was shipped in a huge box for such a small item). If I were you, I would definitely file a complaint with the post office. As a fellow seller, I'm sure you understand the damage was out of my hands. I also video all packing of my items as an extra precaution to me and the buyer.
