jackiepgh Hi - just saw your rating for the eyeliner, I’m so sorry! I honestly had never tried to use it. I know sometimes you do have to twist for awhile to get it “started” but totally apologize if it’s defective. I was trying to see if there is a way to resolve and refund you - it looks like I may be able to do a “shipped wrong item” action if you’d like? Just let me know. Again, sorry about that!

apeterswallace @jackiepgh Hi, and thanks so much for this! I didn't want to open a case because I was able to use the first little bit of the eyeliner (the sharpened bit that's already sticking out), but then I turned and turned for more and nothing else would come out. I mentioned that the pencil rattles when I use it, so I'm wondering if the bit of the mechanism that pushes the pencil up is loose or broken or something. If it's possible to do a "shipped wrong item" or similar action, that would be great!

apeterswallace @jackiepgh Thank you so much for your attention to this! I tried to log the issue so that a case could be opened, but wasn't able to because I already accepted the order. I sent Poshmark customer service an e-mail explaining this, and they asked me to send a photo of the damage. I replied and told them that the defective part is within the casing of the pencil and not visible to the naked eye, and asked them for further details on what kind of photographic evidence they'd like me to provide.

theecatsmeow70 @apeterswallace hi there, just saw your rating and wanted to leave a quick message. I wore the shirt myself over a tank with leggings and typically rolled the sleeves up. It was a gift to me a few years ago so no clue where original purchase came from. I am sorry you feel they are too big :( also sad to see ratings based on size. I never take away from a rating if something doesn't fit me as expected. I suppose its a risk we take buying online. Glad you got it for such a cheap price though ;)
