My couson in law happens to be the person who delivered the package to your address he told me the package was definitely delivered to you, meanwhile this is good news i still cant get to you regarding this so please i need a response... i have not yet open an investigation with the ups through poshmark because i am hoping we can resolve this as soon as we get in contact so please comply, so far i have only asked poshmark to email you the new shipping label... again thank you!

I’m so sorry Sashaantoinette, but I am just now seeing your messages. I am new to Poshmark and I am still getting familiar with how to use the site. I was waiting to hear back from Poshmark & was not aware that I could check my own Posh page for resolving this issue. I have not received any mailing label from Poshmark. I even checked my junk mail (which is where I found a message from Poshmark that you had sent me a message today). How would you like to proceed?

I find it fascinating that you would even consider something like this considering your address and personal information is on file.... people sure do silly stuff like what does it take to be honest? You ordered from me i gave you your item as fast as i could because i am a honest person, i also saw your review, all bags appear bigger in pictures my customers always for dimensions... i dont ever do shady business because karma is real!

Sorry you feel this way but I contacted Poshmark the same day I received your package (on 3/6) & was waiting to hear back from them as to what to do. I did not mean to offend with my review. I like the purse and was trying to say that I misjudged the size. My apologies for the misunderstanding. I will return the item to the address on the box at my expense and delete the review. If you prefer that I send it to a different address, just let me know. I will mail it tomorrow.

@ahna4 just seeing this, yes her name is Erin A Garza Posh tips: when you comment always tag the persons name so that they know you responded ( only time its not necessary is when you commenting under their picture they automatically get notified )

@sashaantoinette It was more than I expected it to be. My funds are tight but I wanted to get it to her quickly, especially since she was so worried about getting it in time for her trip. Otherwise, I would have sent it regular mail.
