patticrn Hi Sami! I bought your princess wedding set and took it to Zales today to get the warranty started with the receipt you posted on the website along with the rings. They could not find the sale in their system...the only way I am going to get the warranty from Zales is to have the name of the person who bought it. Can you please provide that to me? I had no idea the receipt information was just not enough...

patticrn Hi! I bought your Zales celebration diamond engagement set for $1280. Can you please provide me the name it was purchased under and the city, state where the store was located so that they will honor the warranty? I went to Zales to get it inspected and they couldn't pull it up in their system. Thank you for helping me! Patti
