@tauna66 hi! I’ve actually sold several items .... mailed a couple of them today ... I’m nervous because this works a bit differently from eBay (I sell on eBay also) ; I get paid after the buyer accepts the item and confirms they’re as described, right? Do transactions work well for sellers most of the time? Seems like the transaction is more buyer friendly. Also, how do I know buyer is legit - are there any feedback/posher rating? Thank you for your help!!

@amca1 good morning, you’re protected as long as you keep your transactions through the app. And you take a lot of pictures. And have a detailed Description of your item. Add any small flaws. Yes the buyer has 3 days to make a claim against you or rate your item. If they don’t make a claim then Poshmark will release your funds on the fourth day after delivery. And the trans action is closed. You can look in about posher. And read their love notes and stats.

@ivonaimamagic hi - I don’t know how since I have not returned anything at poshmark, but please read it on poshmark rules/ options - probably on your end. Is 38 your EU size? Because that is a 38- unfortunate didn’t fit you.
