hi, I am reaching out about your purchase, Antonio Melani flats. They have been stored in an open top box in the top of my closet and when I brought them down to wrap them I noticed that my cat must have gotten up there and put scratches inside the shoes. The outside is still in the same condition, but I never want to ship anything that isn't in the condition pictured without reaching out first. If you would like, I can cancel the order and update the images of the insole so you can decide.
