Hi, I recently bought a beautiful dress from you that I planned to wear to a wedding last wkend. While I was getting ready, I realized that the zipper had been resewn and clearly not by the designer, making the zipper v difficult to use. I would like a refund as this was not the promised condition of the dress. Please let me know how to proceed. Thank you!

@victoriaortega Hi! I was unaware of any defect in the dress and all of my dresses come straight from the manufacturer.... The dress was brand new, had never been worn, with tags still attached and photos of it uploaded. I am very sorry that you are unhappy with your purchase but it has now been over a month since you’ve received the dress and I believe poshmark‘s policy states that all problems must be reported within 3 days of receiving.

@shopac3 I tried it on when I first received it and loved it although it was v difficult to get on over my head. Then, while getting ready for the event this weekend, I again struggled with the zipper and then notice that the zipper had been hand stitched in a sloppy manner. I understand the policy, but a customer cannot have a responsibility to investigate every blemish within 72 hours. The tags are still on, i have not worn it and the dress is inauthentic/was adulterated before I received it.

@victoriaortega I really am sorry that you’re disappointed and feel the dress is inauthentic and that you struggled with the zipper. But I guarantee the dress is authentic and like I said before, if there was any defect I was unaware. I don’t make the policy for poshmark, I’m just quoting what their return policy states...I believe the way it is written, it is your responsibility. I would recommend discussing the issue directly with them as there is nothing I can do.
