99% of the shoes I sell are cleaned and conditioned in an attempt to consider them 9/10 pre-owned condition. Some shoes require up to 8 hours of detailing to meet these standards and rarely will a pair leave in the same condition from which it came. There is significant improvement to (almost) every pair. I've recently had a few instances of fraud among some other platforms resulting in losses. I'm pretty sure it's a few people working with each other so I'm on a selling hold until it gets cleared up and I feel comfortable selling again.
