acekittyhawk I told you I'd be traveling! I'm looking at the messages right now. You have no business trying to threaten me when you sent me the wrong item! I don't sit in front of poshmark all when I'm traveling for work out of the country. I came back and posted your "property" before I even saw any of this!! I come here to let you know and what do I see? Wow... Just, wow..

acekittyhawk What gives you the right to harass and threaten me or even worse MY FAMILY?!! FOR YOUR MISTAKE. "Your buyer" is your concern. Well I was your buyer too, curse the day! I try to help you and you accuse me and threaten my ELDERLY mother and MY SISTER AT HER WORKPLACE!? Yes you are overreacting. But this is no longer a discussion material for poshmark. You crossed the line by brining my family into it.

acekittyhawk @daintybae I have contacted poshmark about this. I need my family's private information removed. UCSD legal already detected and contacted my sister about a privacy issue and now we find out what that was about... This is beyond unprofessional, it gets into privacy breach and harassment.

acekittyhawk @daintybae YOU sent the wrong items. The buyers were helping you. You're completely unprofessional. It's OK to be concerned (although I can't see why the paranoia since you knew I was away!!) but digging up information and posting public is too far. It is harassment and you have no right. I wish you peace with whatever is causing you to behave like this but I also need my family to be kept out of this.

daintybae @acekittyhawk First let me say I dont know where the threat part came into play, I never threaten any one and what I said about parents was I dont know which name was yours or your parents and your correct it was my mistake, however I took every extent I know to correct it, printing and mailing postage, contacting Posh for help who paid for new postage, encouraging both buyers too send the items, unfortunately it seems everyone responded but you.

daintybae The buyers are my concern which included you who received her items days ago, however my other buyer didnt. Because it was my mistake and you weren't responding to me or Posh who sent more emails, I took another step. I'm sorry it had to come to this, Posh sent me the tracking number for the other buyers packing, therefore we can end our Posh relationship here.

acekittyhawk @daintybae AS I TOLD YOU I WAS TRAVELING! You're way too impatient. In the 4 days that you KNOW I am not even home, you expect me to check poshmark? You escalate things to getting my family's work and home phone numbers?? AND POSTING HERE?!! Maybe you can't see how inappropriate this is but the fact her workplace detected a privacy issue should be a wake up call for you

acekittyhawk @daintybae I don't want to have anything to do with you - I need my family's info removed from here. Your "property" is not in my possession. You can sort that out with poshmark, usps etc. Everything is tracked these days so I'm sure you/your buyer will get your items. If you can't see what's wrong with what you did I am not going to spend more time explaining to you either. You haven't even apologized. I'm done.

daintybae @acekittyhawk Yes, I did track the package today and it still shows March 31st purchase and no further activity, I'm find with the ending of this relationship and I will contact Posh and I have set alerts for the PO, hopefully it begins to track by Monday and you will not hear from me again. Also collection is not harrassment or unprofessional, its business.
