aamiraa @lilcalibeast408 Currently Poshmark doesn’t allow to exchange the product. There is no need to send the bracelet. If you cancel the order, you will get refund in 1-2 business days. If possible, pls place a new order as that is the only way to handle the exchange. Sorry for inconvenience!
