Sorry for the issue with the sneakers.
Surprised the authentication department didn’t note this. They will usually note any issues.
I could send a partial refund as it’s an easy fix for show maker. Not sure how Posh handles issues like this. I will be getting an incredible amount of high-end over the next 3-4 months. I’ll certainly make it up to you.

@ma7223lich Thank you for responding about the issue as quickly as you did. I would welcome a partial refund, but I would want it to be "fair" for both of us. What do you think would be appropriate? and How is this handled through Poshmark? I've never had to get any type of refund on a purchase from this site......

I will have to call them when I return from my trip Tuesday
If its what I think it is , its common and its an easy fix
My shoe maker would charge $10 to repair , but I would send $30
to make up for the inconvenience .. You can also fix yourself with a stop of crazy glue . I will call Posh and get back to you

@ma7223lich I'm sorry we must not be on the "same page". I was under the impression that the sneakers were "new" and "wouldn't have any creases from wear" (which they "clearly are not") Given the circumstances, if you were going to "glue" or "repair" the shoes (or recommend that I do it) this should have been done prior to listing them as "new". At any rate, I would consider a $75 to $95 refund to be more appropriate "given the fact that the shoes were described as (NEW)"

@ma7223lich The fact that you "never stated" during our messaging, that the Versace greek key logo was "not" already coming off when you listed the shoes tells me that you sought to deceive anyone who sought to purchase the shoes. I'm not going to argue with you about this, but I will address this issue with Poshmark.

- The sneakers were CLEARED at Poshmark's Authentication center and when they inspect an item they NOTE any flaws and they did NOT
2-YOU SHOULD HAVE NEVER ACCEPTED THE SNEAKERS . You did and now Case Closed , Posh will not do a thing ..
3- If the Greek Key is coming off , Its a $10 fix a the shoe repair .. I offered $30
