bisforbunnys I would like to know why you feel I do not deserve a 5 star rating? I shipped you the exact bag in my listing. It was shipped promptly same day, you received it 2 days after your purchased it I packed it securely. I take my ratings very seriously and would appreciate your input as to what I could have done better. less that 5 stars hurts me as a seller. I did everything I possibly could could to earn a 5 star rating.

saw1958 @bisforbunnys Hi there. My only issue is that one of the draw strings was missing the metal cap and had been tied in a knot. I went back and looked at the picture and but it wasn't visible. It's a lovely bag otherwise and definitely a good deal,

bisforbunnys @saw1958 I showed a close up of it in the 6th pic of the listing. I also described that it was missing in the 3rd sentence of the description. if you go back and look you will see that I did say it was missing and also included a large close up of the flaw. I really did try my best to make the issue clear.

saw1958 You are absolutely right- my mistake! You did document the missing cap, I just didn't look close enough at all the info/pics you posted. I would definitely have bought it anyway. I tried to change your rating to a 5, but couldn 't. I am sorry and will definitely be more careful in the future. You are doing a great job!!
