swamiyoganda Are you actually saying that you could not see the sole was wore to the heel stack, and that you were not aware that you did not post any photos of those wore areas in your listing? As a Posh Ambassador you are aware of a seller's obligation to disclose damage, and in this case understated the excessive heel wear. Three stars - kind of like a "C" grade - is our transaction rating. It's passing - not extraordinary, noy terrible - it's a middle of the road.

adkarnes @swamiyoganda We are saying that we would have been happy to refund your money to you. If we made a mistake in a listing. We accept that. In this case, the photos were cropped by the Poshmark app. as I had imported them. I missed the cropping of the photos. However, you make a lot of assumptions on our intent, without even as much as asking a question or opening a case for the item. We welcome that if you have a problem.

swamiyoganda @adkarnes Thank would be very appreciated. I live in a rural community in Eureka, CA. There shoe repair man charges $28 to resole. I am suddenly in this shoe $55 with repair costs and purchase price. I have purchased brand new shoes online elseware for less than that. How would we go about doing that refund?
