What was wrong with the shirt? I don't see anything

There were some stray black marks on the lower front of the shirt -- they looked like pen. Also, the photo made the shirt look mustard yellow but it was actually bright orange. Thanks for understanding.

@kabbiek I was packaging your H&M hot pink sport top and I noticed a small run on the back of one sleeve that I didn't notice when I listed it. I am so sorry. Would you still like me to ship it? I'm happy to give you an extra $2 off your purchase price to make up for the inconvenience. I'm not able to add a picture to the listing you purchased, so I just added a new listing to my closet with pics of the run so you can see it. Pls let me know if you'd still like me to go ahead and ship or cancel.

@kabbiek there is one other tiny hole on the other sleeve as well. very little. I added that to the listing. I can sell it to you for $6 instead of $10 if you still want it with both of those issues. I'd say they are minor and totally still cute and wearable (fixable if you know how to sew, which I don't do well). But I understand if you want to cancel the order. :)

@kabbiek Hi again - I'm not sure what to do. I'm guessing with the holiday weekend we may not hear back until Tuesday from support. The easiest thing to do is that I can cancel the order on my end and I already have a new listing priced at $6 of the shirt if you want to just get that one - it would make it easy and clean. And if you'd rather I not cancel this one I can go ahead and ship it out to you and just wait for customer service to refund you the $4. What would you prefer?

@piccadilly85 I got $4.99 shipping on it so I'd rather not cancel if possible. I'm okay waiting until Tuesday.

@kabbiek No, I assumed it had gone through. Have you checked to see if you got a refund and they just haven't informed us? I know they got my second request asking about it b/c that request also had some account help I needed and they have fixed that issue already this week - but they didn't respond to tell me they fixed it, I just happened to notice it.

@kabbiek I just sent in a 3rd request asking for your $4 refund. I included a screenshot of our convo to hopefully speed it along. Maybe wait to accept the order when it is delivered today and if you don't get the refund in next 24 hours send a request on your end with a problem with the order? I'm sorry this is taking so long! At this point it's not the holiday weekend so I have no clue what's up.

@kabbiek So they responded to you? I just checked all of my notifications and I haven't gotten a single response to any of my 3 inquiries. Did they tell you what we can do here or offer any alternatives or options? Have you every encountered this or have any ideas?

@piccadilly85 Customer service said all I could do was request a return because the item wasn't as described, but you were very clear about the condition before it shipped so I don't think that would be fair to you. I appreciate you trying to fix this but I'm okay with just accepting the item at the original price.

@kabbiek I’m REALLY sorry! I think it’s so odd that Poshmark doesn’t have a better solution for something like this. I sent them one more request today and this time via their generic email instead of through their form system. If I hear of anything else we can do I’ll let you know. Thank you for your graciousness and patience! And if there’s anything else you happen to like from my closet I can offer you 40% off on anything but the I+O jeans.
