hopkjess10 Hi, I’m sort of new to Poshmark. I didn’t mean to say I wanted to return them. I really like them. I just didn’t expect the damage (very small amount of damage). I’d definitely like to keep them but wanted to see if I could get any money back. Again, sorry for turning this into something more, I didn’t mean to do that. Just let me know. Thanks.

abbydmcavoy @hopkjess10 I'm not sure how to go about giving any money back, as I haven't been paid via Poshmark. The funds are being held as they're expecting them to be returned. I think you may have to go through Poshmark to do this. I don't mind selling them to you at a lower price- maybe you could call them to propose this? Do you mind describing the damage- didn't realize the shoe had any damaged area other than the wear on the sole. Thanks!

hopkjess10 @abbydmcavoy ok, I will contact then and see what I can do. It looks like a dog bit at the top of one of the shoes. There is a small indent (like a dog tooth) in the leather and then a small tear (pretty small) where the stitching is on the outside and inside on the top of the shoe. I still love them though just didn’t realize that damage was there (again, very minimal). I’ll contact them and get back to you. Thanks for being so understanding - sorry to be a pain.

abbydmcavoy @hopkjess10 you're not being a pain at all. Just trying to figure out how I missed that! Is it on a portion of the shoe that wasn't shown in pictures? Maybe I just didn't notice it or wondering if it happened when I had my husband mail them...🤔 Anyway- I'll wait to hear from either you or poshmark on what to do next. Thanka
