luxe4u Hey Abby...Yes you can adjust the chain by pulling through and doubling to make it shorter but I don't thank you will use this feature. I like it as is shoulder bag with longer chain. Thanks for you offer but I can't go that low because of the PM fees:-( Happy New Year and have fun shopping:-)
