cherisse82 Sorry to here that but I am very honest when come to my product. Rest assure that I purchased that bag brand New from the store and it has never been used. If it was I would of stated used. I have a 5 star rating and I strive and work really hard to keep it that way, both at my store and online. I truly apologize, it odd because I snap pictures of all my items sending out and their were no blue marks. but the only way blue marks will get their is if someone returned it and they resell it.
